Zapier integration

Go to 'Integrations -> API'.

Enable the API. Copy the API-key.

In Zapier search for MakePlans. Add your account subdomain (youraccount.makeplans.net - youraccount is the subdomain) and paste in your API-key.

Now you can use triggers from MakePlans in Zapier and connect to thousands of other apps.
