Room display

Want to show the calendar and info about bookings on a screen outside your meeting room? You can with Makeplans :)

1. Go to resources. Click the resource you want to show on an external screen.
2. Scroll down to "Room display" and click "Enable room display".
3. External view is now activated. To see it on an external screen note the "Room display link" and open it in the browser on your external screen.
4. Click "Generate setup code" on the page where you are logged in.
5. Enter the code on your external screen.
6. The screen should now show the calendar as well as info about reservations.

Security note: This will save a token (a type of password) in the cookies of the browser running on the external display. If your device is accessible to others then someone could copy this token to another device to retrieve bookings from resource, including PII.
