Themes on the booking site

The public booking site supports different themes. Currently we have three available themes: Amsterdam, Lviv and Timisoara. For the curious we can disclose that the design theme title is based on where the designer is located.

The Amsterdam theme is our original theme and supports all the available settings and configuration. The Lviv and Timisoara themes are more newer and more modern, but does not fully support all the available settings and configurations. Here is a list of known limitations of these themes:

• Choosing a specific resource.
• Different layouts for availability.
• Custom forms.
• Various additional texts are not shown.
• Selecting multiple slots.

The Lviv and Timisoara themes also changes how the booking flow is. Previously one form was used but it was problematic for customers who changed their email address or phone number when they already had an existing customer profile stored. The new themes split the booking flow in three: authentication, profile creation, and booking. The authentication part is only email or phone number. For new customers the next step is profile creation where the form asks for name and other personal details. Then the last step is the actual booking form. For logged in users there is only the last step.
