Enable the API. Copy the API-key.

In Make search for MakePlans. When creating a new connection just add your account subdomain (youraccount.makeplans.net - youraccount is the subdomain) and paste in your API-key.

Now you can use triggers from MakePlans in Make and connect to thousands of other apps.
